ABOUT US
Come and enjoy the South Wales Valleys in a traditional Finnish Lodge, beautifully constructed with quality furnishings in a spectacular valley setting with mountain and stream views.
The lodges are located just 7 miles from Newport and 14 miles from Cardiff. Within easy reach of walking routes, the Brecon Beacons and many great attractions in South Wales. There are also countryside walks within the grounds for all the family.

There are local bus stops just 300 meters away and the nearest rail station is situated in Cross Keys just over a mile down the valley, giving you direct access to Cardiff city entre just 30 minutes rail ride.
​
As well as individual parking areas there are wash down areas and a drying area for clothes in our utility lodge. There are some excellent cycle routes available, the local bike shop are a mine of information.

Check-in Times are 2pm-9pm. Check-out Times are 11am.

We at Safe Haven Lodges Ltd, aim to confidently ensure that all our guests have comfortable facilities and that all requests will be dealt with efficiently, and all guests made to feel welcomed throughout their stay.

Must adhere to health & safety guidelines when using Hot Tub.

All bedding and linen provided (Except for the hot tub)

If you plan on using the hot tub, you must bring your own towels due to Covd-19 restrictions.

Our site is very mountainous. Going ‘Off Piste’ will be at your own risk with adult supervision at all times for minors.

No visitors are allowed unless arranged prior to arrival.

Dogs are welcome in all lodges.

Please leave the lodge in the state that you find it.

Bookings are NOT confirmed until you receive a confirmation email back from your host Dafydd.
